Mission: Through the ancient Ayurvedic healing modalities I have experienced transformation within my own mind, body and soul. I wish to share this practical lifestyle, in order to empower the potential of freedom, beyond the stresses of daily living, for all of humanity.

About the Founder
Rukhsana Khan is a certified Chopra Center Instructor, specializing in Primordial Sound Meditation and a Sivananda Yoga instructor for Hatha Yoga. Born in Pakistan, Rukhsana has travelled over many decades as far afield as Vietnam, Indonesia, Canada, California and Mexico; to further her studies in the ancient Ayurvedic healing modalities. An avid chef, she is well known as an accomplished Ayurvedic, Indian and Western cook.

A professional Esthetician, master pedicurist and Ayurvedic body therapist, her enthusiasm and creative talents did not go unnoticed within her community and her first SPA was chosen in 2007, by Morgan and Chase Publishing, as testament to holistic healing through joy and caring.

Her hobbies include, gardening, sewing, quilting, pottery and painting.
